EXCERPTS FROM 2008 T.A.S. RULES
| MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS | |
| 9 | Annual subscriptions shall be determined form time to time at the Annual General Meeting. All annual subscriptions shall be due on the first day of April each year and membership shall terminate if such subscription is not paid by the end of that month. |
| THE COMMITTEE | |
| 5a | The Committee shal comprose nine members of the Society, one-third of whom shall retire in rotation at the end of each year but may if they so desire, offer themselves fir re-election at the AGM. The Committee with the officers shall be responsible for the proper conduct and running of the Society in accordance with the aims of the Society. |
| 5b | A committee member who fails to attend committee meetins convened in any one year on a regular basis shall retire at the end of the year and not be eligle for re-election. |
| 5c | The Committee may co-opt members during the year but such co-opted members shall retire at the end of the year. |
| 5d | The quorum for any Committee meeting shall be fifty percent of the officers and committee |
